Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 g baking powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Add tuna, eggs, and baking powder to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a small baking mold.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

Drain tuna well to avoid excess moisture.
Do not overbake or it may become dry.
You can add spices or herbs for extra flavor.
Best eaten warm or lightly toasted.
