Ingredients
  

  • 35 g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • Toppings of choice cheese, tomato sauce, vegetables, etc.

Method
 

  1. Add oats and eggs to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
  4. Cook until the base sets, then flip.
  5. Add your desired toppings.
  6. Cover with a lid and cook until the cheese melts.
