2-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

Viral chocolate mousse made with just water and chocolate. No cream, no eggs, ready in minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 300 ml hot water

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Fridge

Method
 

  1. Add chocolate and hot water to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour into serving bowls.
  4. Chill in the fridge for a few hours or freeze for 1–2 hours until set.

Notes

  • Use good quality chocolate for best flavor.
  • Chill longer for a firmer texture.
  • You can add a pinch of salt or vanilla for extra flavor.
