  2. Drain the lentils well.
  3. Add soaked lentils, water, and salt into a blender.
  4. Blend until completely smooth.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan.
  7. KEEP FLIPPING THE FLATBREAD EVERY 10 SECONDS SO THE INSIDE COOKS AND DRIES EVENLY.
  8. Continue cooking until golden brown on both sides and puffed up like a balloon.
  9. Serve warm.
