Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Rolled oats
  • 3 Cups Water
  • Pinch of Salt

Method
 

  1. 1. Add oats, water, and salt to a blenderBlend until smooth batter forms
    2. Let batter rest 5–10 minutes if too thinHeat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat (no oil)
    3. Pour thin layer of batter into panCook 10 seconds, then flip
    4. Continue flipping every 10–15 seconds
    5. Cook 5–10 minutes until golden and puffed
    6. Remove and repeat with remaining batter
    7. Cut open and fill as desired
  2. Don't forget to flip it every couple of seconds. 🙂
