- 1. Add oats, water, and salt to a blenderBlend until smooth batter forms2. Let batter rest 5–10 minutes if too thinHeat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat (no oil)3. Pour thin layer of batter into panCook 10 seconds, then flip4. Continue flipping every 10–15 seconds5. Cook 5–10 minutes until golden and puffed6. Remove and repeat with remaining batter7. Cut open and fill as desired
Don't forget to flip it every couple of seconds. :)
Notes
- Hot pan is key for puffing.
- Keep flatbread thin.
- Best with rolled oats
