Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g cream cheese

Method
 

  1. Separate egg whites from yolks.
  2. Whip egg whites into stiff peaks.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese with egg yolks until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
  5. Spoon small portions onto baking paper and shape into rounds.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until lightly golden.
  8. Let cool slightly, then fill with your favorite ingredients and serve

Notes

Whip egg whites until stiff peaks for a light, airy texture.
Fold the mixture gently to keep the structure fluffy.
Use full-fat cream cheese for best keto results and better texture.
Shape evenly so they bake uniformly.
Do not overbake or they may become dry.
Let cool slightly before slicing or filling.
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container.
