Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 cup peanuts
  • 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1/3 cup dried strawberries

  • Saucepan (for double boiler)
  • Baking tray
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler.
  2. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  3. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate onto the tray.
  4. Sprinkle walnuts, peanuts, quinoa flakes, and dried strawberries evenly.
  5. Pour remaining chocolate over the top.
  6. Let it cool and set completely in the fridge.
  7. Once hardened, break or cut into pieces.
