Method
 

  1. Scoop the avocado into a blender.
  2. Add the egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Line a heat-safe tray or toaster-safe dish with parchment paper.
  5. Preheat toaster (or toaster oven if available).
  6. Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper in a thin layer.
  7. Toast until the mixture is set and lightly golden.
  8. Add cheese on top.
  9. Return to toaster and heat until cheese melts.
  10. Remove carefully and serve warm.
