Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • A handful of spinach
  • 60 ml aloe vera juice
  • 600 ml water

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh aloe vera juice suitable for consumption (food grade). Adjust water amount for desired thickness. You can add ice for a colder smoothie. Best consumed immediately after blending. If you want it sweeter, add an extra half banana or a teaspoon of honey.
