This easy no-bake chia cake combines chia seeds with cottage cheese or Greek yogurt for a creamy dessert layered with milk-soaked biscuits. After resting in the fridge, the chia seeds absorb moisture and create a thicker texture. Finish it with melted chocolate for an extra indulgent touch.

Mix the chia seeds with the cottage cheese or Greek yogurt.

Add your preferred sweetener and mix well.

Place one biscuit at the bottom of your serving dish and quickly soak it in milk.

Add half of the chia mixture over the biscuit.

Place another milk-soaked biscuit on top.

Add the remaining chia mixture.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the moisture and thicken the mixture.
