Blend the chickpeas and water until smooth. If needed, use a food processor or immersion blender.

Add the psyllium husk, oil, baking powder, and salt.

Mix well and let the mixture rest for about 20 minutes so the psyllium can thicken the dough.

Shape the dough into sandwich rolls as desired.

Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 180°C for about 25–30 minutes, until golden and firm.
