Ingredients
  • Ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp milk of choice (almond, oat, cow’s milk, etc.)
  • Optional: sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, stevia, or erythritol)
Instructions

    Add the ripe banana, cocoa powder, milk, and optional sweetener to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

    Pour the mixture into a small saucepan. Heat on low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a gentle boil and thickens slightly (about 1–2 minutes).

    Remove from heat and pour into a serving bowl.

    Let it cool to room temperature or place in the fridge for a firmer texture.
