Priprema se od gra\u0161ka i jaja pa je prirodno bogata proteinima, vlaknima i hranjivim tvarima. Smjesa se izmiksa do glatke teksture, a zatim pe\u010de poput tanke tortilje koju mo\u017eete nadjenuti omiljenim sastojcima. Odli\u010dna je alternativa klasi\u010dnim tortiljama i savr\u0161ena za doru\u010dak, ru\u010dak ili laganu ve\u010deru.
