Postoji ne\u0161to posebno u mirisu drva koje gori, svje\u017eeg tijesta i rastopljenog sira koji se spajaju u savr\u0161enu pizzu. Sre\u0107om, moj nevjerojatni suprug Joe uspio je ostvariti taj san. Uz pomo\u0107 DIY YouTube videa, puno strpljenja i truda, izgradio je prekrasnu ru\u010dno ra\u0111enu pe\u0107 za pizzu za na\u0161u obitelj. Najbolje od svega je \u0161to se ispe\u010de za otprilike jednu minutu. Kroz puno poku\u0161aja i pogre\u0161aka nau\u010dila sam raditi pravo napolitansko tijesto, a pizza ve\u010deri postale su jedna od na\u0161ih omiljenih obiteljskih tradicija. Bilo da je rije\u010d o ljetnoj ve\u010deri s prijateljima ili toplom obiteljskom okupljanju tijekom blagdana, doma\u0107a pizza uvijek okupi sve za stolom.\n\nAli koliko god volimo tradicionalnu pizzu, \u017eivot nas ponekad podsjeti da prona\u0111emo ravnote\u017eu i hranimo se malo zdravije. Kako volim eksperimentirati u kuhinji, po\u010dela sam stvarati modernije i zdravije verzije pizza koje su brze, jednostavne i jo\u0161 uvijek jako ukusne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ali koliko god volimo tradicionalnu pizzu, \u017eivot nas ponekad podsjeti da trebamo prona\u0107i ravnote\u017eu i jesti malo zdravije. Nakon toga nastavila sam eksperimentirati i napravila quinoa pizzu, chickpea pizzu i proteinsku pizzu od crvene le\u0107e, koje su tako\u0111er postale vrlo popularne na mojim dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danas moja obitelj u\u017eiva u oba svijeta. I dalje obo\u017eavamo tradicionalnu napolitansku pizzu pe\u010denu u na\u0161oj ru\u010dno ra\u0111enoj kru\u0161noj pe\u0107i, i iskreno, to je jedno od najboljih tijesta koje smo ikada probali.
